around 7 days of clearance time just like a payment with a check

Q1. Minimum Purchase
Amount:
Currently we have no minimum purchase
required. Wholesale customers can get advantage with our tiered or
quantity discount pricing and also bulk purchase discounts.

We have flat standard shipping

Q3. Resale Permit:
We do not require any
resale permit from customers outside the state of TX. All TX
Customers need to pay 8.25% Sales Tax or need to Fax us Texas TAX
Exemption Certificate at 214-279-0170.
Q4. Color Selection:
We do wholesale, and our
Customers generally order bulk and in Mix assortment. If you need to
order in particular colors, you may specify during checkout in
"Additional Information" box or you may also call us (972) 234-9739 to
place order over phone.
Q5. Coupons or
Discounts:
Currently discounts are
available online. If you buy items worth $500.00 or more, you get 5%
discount on the total purchase. Also all purchases over $200.00 we
are currently running free shipping (online orders only). Please
note this is a wholesale website, free shipping and 5% discount on
top of already wholesale prices make it a very good deal.
Exchanges/Returns:
All exchanges/returns
require authorization #, please email us or call to obtain one. We
accept exchange for damaged or non functioning items as long as they
are un-used, NEW and in original Packing, we will not accept items
sent back loose because they get damage and scratched.
Returns/exchanges are excepted within 15 days after receiving
merchandise. Store Credit will be issued for returned items.
Broken Glasses:
Watches returned with broken glasses are dead inventory for us, we
cannot repair or return to our distributors for replacement, same
way now we cannot take these back. Please check and verify when you
receive the shipment if there is any glass broken, call us or email
for RMA number to send these back in original condition.
Q6. Customer Login:
Customer login is not
required. This feature is mainly for Customers who live in the State
of TX (Texas) to avoid Sales Tax. All wholesale Customers who have
Resale Certificate and live in TX, please
contact us 972-234-9739 so we can obtain Tax Exemption Form for
our record and define your login ID. All Customers living outside TX
do not need to login because our shopping cart will not charge any
Tax.
Q7. Custom Duties for
our international Customers:
Our final prices
for you do not include the custom duties
which are charged to you by your
country. Please make sure to know the
custom duties in your country before purchasing.
Q8. Payment Methods:
Customers can pay with
any major Credit Card (Visa/Master Card, American Express, Discover)
or with the Paypal Account. We have also added another payment
option: Checking Account, all US based Customers can now pay
with their Checking Account just like a payment with a Check, but
this payment method requires around 7 days clearance time before we
ship the order.
